  • 8+ years of experience leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing distributed teams.
  • Experience scaling teams while maintaining SLAs and other key performance metrics.
  • A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics.
  • A growth mindset, people-first attitude and strong sense of responsibility for your domain.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse groups.
  • A willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
