About the Role

This leadership position requires a seasoned operationally-minded individual with extensive experience building high-performing teams and executing strategic initiatives aligned with key business goals.

As the leader of the APAC Implementation segment, you will oversee team growth, mentorship, empowerment, and performance management to meet and exceed key performance metrics in customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and team productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product & Engineering, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences.

This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Implementation and involves close collaboration with senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams that consistently meet and exceed quarterly goals and targets.
  2. Resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships.
  3. Leverage data-driven approaches to build and optimise processes driving efficiency and an improved customer experience.
  4. Develop and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
  5. Monitor and continuously improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
  6. Cross-functionally collaborate with Rippling Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to create a seamless customer journey.
  7. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve product functionality based on customer feedback.
  8. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organisation.
  • Experience hiring and managing a distributed team.
  • Proven track record of success in scaling teams and maintaining SLAs and other key performance metrics.
  • Data-driven approach to developing, tracking, and optimising performance metrics.
  • A learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and small.
  • Effective communicator with good people instincts – able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the organisation.
  • Eager for a hands-on role where you'll take on and run with a range of initiatives outside your comfort zone.
  • Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.
