Production Supervisor Role

A key position exists for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all processing activities at our operation. The onsite team is responsible for mining, wet processing, dry and packaging plants, and containerized transport to Perth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all processing activity on site, including back shifts.
  • Lead the operations team in achieving their goals and performance targets.
  • Establish effective communication channels with Mining, Product & Maintenance teams via regular updates.
  • Coordinate and plan daily operations to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with DCS and plant operating software are essential.
  • Previous experience working with mineral sand processing and mining equipment is highly regarded.
  • Certification IV in mineral processing is desirable.
  • Supervisory training or equivalent experience is preferred.
