Mechanical Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the mechanical availability of all equipment on site. This includes supervising all mechanical maintenance activities and coordinating with the Processing & Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical supervision, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications are essential, along with a current C-Class driver's license and proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and Pronto.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability.
- Coordinating with the Processing & Maintenance teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensuring compliance with MSIA/MSIR requirements.
- Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of maintenance and site facilities.
- Ensuring safe working practices and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
- Managing maintenance costs to meet budgeted targets.
- Monitoring performance and providing feedback to improve maintenance efficiency.
