Holistic Oral Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team as part of a holistic community health service in the Northern Territory.
About the RoleYou will be working closely with highly experienced Aboriginal health practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, drivers and administration staff to provide culturally safe oral health care.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality oral health care services to the community
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services
- Supporting patients to achieve optimal oral health outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent
- 12 months of relevant clinical experience
- Current basic life support (BLS) / CRP Certificate
- Evidence of recent CPD in Hand Hygiene, Infection Control and Sterilisation/ Introduction to reprocessing reusable Medical Devices in the past 12 months
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant full-time clinical experience working as a dental assistant within the past 2 years

- A estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $90,000 AUD
