We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oral Health Specialist to join our thriving practice in Darwin.
About National Dental Care - Darwin
Our modern 8-chair dental practice is fully accredited with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. We have a friendly and multicultural team of 5 Dentists, 2 Hygienists, and a supportive Practice Manager. Our strong patient following has been built over 15 years, and we're looking to expand our team.
About the Role
As a knowledgeable Oral Health Specialist, you will work alongside our Dentists to provide a wide range of oral hygiene services, including diagnosing and managing conditions of the teeth, mouth, and jaws, cleaning and polishing teeth, and educating patients on oral hygiene. You will employ critical thinking, clinical knowledge, and a patient-centric approach to ensure the highest level of care, service, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2+ years of experience in oral health or equivalent skills
- A relevant degree in Hygiene/Oral Health Therapy with high clinical skills and standards
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration
- An appropriate qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
- Current professional indemnity insurance
You will also possess:

- The ability to work as part of a team and manage others effectively

- High professionalism, a polished image, and good personal presentation

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience
