Rehabilitation Specialist

Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and delivering culturally appropriate programs and services for First Nations clients, focusing on holistic approaches to address barriers in their lives. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting clients with specialist knowledge and skills to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.
- Evaluating treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for effective case management, planning, coordinating, and monitoring client progress toward their return-to-work goal. Strong relationships with key stakeholders will be essential in facilitating business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, organisations, and communities, as well as developed communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Professional registration.
