Site Operations Manager

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple key sites within a client portfolio, ensuring all premises are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a property discipline or trade background, as well as at least 2 years of facilities management experience. They will demonstrate a track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance, and have a good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation and project financial management.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a logical approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Skills:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in property discipline or trade background
  • At least 2 years of facilities management experience
  • Track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance
  • Good understanding of financials, specifically budget preparation and project financial management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
