As a key player in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of client property portfolios. This role involves coordinating and executing comprehensive strategies for critical dates and lease events, negotiating new leases, licenses, and renewals, as well as conducting thorough market searches with professional presentations.

Main responsibilities include maintaining agreements related to client occupancy and providing valuable insights into market trends. A tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate is preferred or in progress, while a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is mandatory.

In this position, you will be tasked with managing complex issues concurrently within tight deadlines and delivering exceptional client service and communication skills.
