This is a rare opportunity to lead our high-performing team in the Asia-Pacific region, guiding strategy, innovation, and growth across a thriving regional business.
We are looking for an experienced leader with 10+ years' experience in tailings engineering, including managing teams of consultants across different geographies and project experience across multiple states.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Represent the Asia-Pacific region within a globally connected team of over 100+ tailings and mine waste engineers.
- Influence strategy, innovation, and growth across a thriving regional business.
- Provide technical leadership and deliver projects with impact, supported by a collaborative, technically competent, forward-thinking team.
- Work flexibly from any location in the Asia-Pacific region, backed by a strong platform of 23+ offices and 1,000+ staff in the region.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in tailings engineering, specifically managing teams, delivering projects, and providing technical guidance. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a global team.
A bachelor's degree in Geotechnical/Civil/Mining Engineering is required, along with relevant certifications and a proven track record of success in tailings engineering.
