About the Role:

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative will be responsible for promptly responding to incoming leads inquiring about membership to Freedom Boat Club. Providing a strong first impression of our brand, offerings, and competitive differentiation will be key to engaging with potential customers and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This role involves managing and updating customer information in the CRM system, conducting timely follow-ups to maintain lead engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be essential to aligning lead generation strategies and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online chat.
