Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to support the efficient onboarding and maintenance of customers for our Primary Freight Transport business.

This involves setting up new customers, making changes to existing customer accounts, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the Business Support team to ensure seamless integration with our systems, including Salesforce, SAP, and TMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new customers and existing customers in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate data integrity across all systems
  • Resolve vendor setup queries and assist with internal/external business inquiries
  • Analyze data as requested by the business and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate weekly functions to meet deadlines and ensure professional communication
  • Manage the allocation of the Primary Connect Mailbox and respond to queries from various stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

A moderate level of literacy and documentation skills is required, along with the ability to take on new tasks, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.

Prior experience in SAP, Salesforce, and TMS is highly regarded, but not essential. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team.
