Job Overview

We are seeking a Talent Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of structured development programs for our Apprentices and Graduates.

This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce of the future, ensuring every participant gains the technical, professional, and safety skills required to thrive in their career.

The Opportunity
  • To manage end-to-end program development, from curriculum design through to evaluation.
  • To collaborate with industry partners and education bodies to maintain program compliance and quality.
  • To coach and guide apprentices, graduates, and program coordinators.
  • To engage with industry forums to influence future standards and qualifications.
About You

You are passionate about developing early-career professionals and equipping them with the tools to succeed. You combine strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach, ensuring that apprentices and graduates have the best possible foundation.

  • Experience in technical workforce development, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship and graduate program frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication ability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering structured Apprentice and Graduate pathways aligned to business needs.
  • Leading program development, from curriculum design through to evaluation.
  • Maintaining program compliance and quality through collaboration with industry partners and education bodies.
  • Counseling and guiding apprentices, graduates, and program coordinators.
  • Influencing future standards and qualifications through engagement with industry forums.
