The People Central Lead is a key role within our Business Operations and Strategy team, responsible for leading and directing the People Central team as we grow rapidly over the coming years.

With massive growth expected globally, we need to scale up our operations, including expanding into new markets and geographies, and deepening our services to meet the evolving needs of our teams.

This role requires someone with well-developed knowledge and skills, typically within 2-5 years of experience, who can bring a collaborative approach and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Enablement: Recommending and implementing improvements to processes or systems to enable teams to achieve their goals
  • Implementation of People and Culture Projects: Designing and implementing projects to support our organization's goals and meet compliance requirements
  • People and Culture Project Coordination: Coordinating people and processes to ensure effective and timely project execution
