**Apprentice & Trainee Coordinator Role Overview**

This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in the success of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for all apprentices and trainees, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Liaising with Training Providers: Develop strong relationships with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and training providers to secure high-quality training programs.
  • Performance Management and Coaching: Conduct bi-annual reviews and provide coaching, mentoring, and pastoral care to support the growth and development of apprentices and trainees.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Monitor and implement compliance with funding and statutory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Development Pathways: Identify and support opportunities for apprentices/trainees to progress into long-term careers within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience in learning and development of teams and individuals.
