About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Woolworths 360. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing construction projects across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan construction projects to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including renewal managers, equipment project managers, construction and refit teams, contractors, and shopfitters
  • Manage the financial position of projects, including cost reporting, forecasting, and variation management
  • Oversee construction, attend construction meetings, finalize contracts, and arrange agreements between parties
  • Manage site safety and resolve on-site issues
  • Undertake timely project closeouts, conduct built quality inspections, and manage financial matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management in an end-to-end capacity
  • Strong understanding of construction management methodology and principles
  • Qualifications in construction management or a construction-based trade background an advantage
  • Flexibility to travel to regional locations for site meetings and inspections
  • Construction industry white card and driver's license
  • Experience in retail supermarket environments or quick service retail desirable
  • Financial management experience in SAP or similar desired
