About the Role:

TMR Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  3. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  5. Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in carpentry, cabinet making, or shop fitting.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
