Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team at Corporate Construction and Maintenance Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

  • Manage commercial projects up to $2 million, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring project delivery is not compromised.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Suite.
  • Current Driver's Licence and Industry White Card.
