Job Description:
- Partner with nursing leaders and clinical support functions to identify educational needs.
- Lead and foster a learning environment.
- Maintain a professional and constructive working relationship.
- Prioritize patient safety and quality frameworks.
- Autority to Work in Australia is required.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification is necessary.
- Current Registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) is essential.
- Working with Children check is required if relevant.
- Thorough knowledge of ACORN standards and current legislation is required.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms is desirable.
- Knowledge of adult learning practices and contemporary education practices is essential.
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office is necessary.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team is required.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused is essential.
