The Role

This part-time (0.5FTE) permanent position is based in Essendon Fields with flexible working hours available. As an Education and Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing training plans for ARV specialty craft groups, aligned with the ARV course curriculum and skill sets.
  • Undertaking learning initiatives and programs to ensure training meets our standards and guidelines.
  • Creating engaging eLearning designs for our current education program.
  • Supporting the ARV Education Lead in developing and delivering education in line with our policies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or relevant industry certification.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher qualification).
  • Significant experience in providing critical care and delivering education in a healthcare environment.
  • High-level experience in using learning management systems.
