Job Title: Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical education and training to our customers on the appropriate use and application of medical devices in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Education and Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs to ensure that customers have the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize our products.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and clinical consultation to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience with our products.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital medication delivery processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Working Conditions
  • This is a 12-month parental leave contract based in Melbourne.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Thorough and recent knowledge of hospital medication delivery processes.
  • Experience in adult education and training.
  • High level verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in databases and ability to interpret and maximise use of clinical data.
Other Working Conditions
  • Ocasional weekend and after-hours work may be required.
  • Travel within Australia and overseas as required.
  • Flexibility in working hours would be advantageous.
