**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Treasurer to lead our Treasury function based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive securitisation and funding strategy, cultivating and maintaining strong external relationships with financial institutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute capital market transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive securitisation and funding strategy
  • Cultivate and maintain strong external relationships with financial institutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute capital market transactions
  • Oversee liquidity risk management
  • Implement and maintain robust liquidity forecasting models
  • Develop and execute hedging strategies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards related to funding activities
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with external financing providers

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience across treasury including securitisation and funding
  • Team management experience
  • Prior experience in the financial services
  • Technical treasury skills as well as excellent relationship management acumen
