
Facility Administration Specialist

The Agency Operations team is responsible for providing Facility Agent services to a portfolio of Corporate and Government clients. This involves administration and Security Trustee services within Syndicated Agency products.
As an Associate, you will provide ongoing loan administration and deal support to institutional & corporate clients, acting as the facility agent. You will manage relationships between lenders and borrowers, handling all instructions, communications and payments.
You will coordinate and manage multicurrency & AUD facilities using the LoanIQ system, including drawdowns, fees, rollovers, rate setting & payments on loans and guarantees for syndicate lenders.
Additionally, you will work closely with Agency Origination relationship managers to provide a complete and efficient service to both Syndicate Lenders and borrowers.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- Solid working knowledge of the Loan IQ system
- Product knowledge of Facility Agreements
- Commercial focus with strong analytical skills, including ability to understand and analyse loan and facility agreements
- Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a dynamic working environment, but also work effectively in an autonomous capacity
