About The Job

The role of Facilities Coordinator plays a vital part in ensuring seamless operations, maintaining safe and productive facilities, managing vendors, and providing administrative support across Australia and New Zealand.

This position is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing plans for preventive maintenance of buildings and grounds;
  • Coordinating office maintenance services and repairs for all sites;
  • Supervising cleaning services to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across properties;
  • Conducting site inspections and reporting functions;
  • Coordinating repairs and renovations with contractors and internal staff;
  • Monitoring facility budget and initiating cost-saving measures;
  • Conducting contract management and utility reviews to minimize costs;
  • Preparing reports and analyzing supplier spend and performance;
  • Monitoring outdoor activities, including waste removal and recycling programs;
  • Handling admin-related purchase orders and coding of supplier invoices;
  • Providing general administrative support within Shared Services;
  • Managing security and access control;
  • Replenishing office and kitchen supplies as needed;
  • Acting as data steward and providing master data admin support;
  • Maintaining close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including site managers;
  • Tracking and reporting on key facility metrics;
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
