Sims Hospital Administration Officer

This role plays a pivotal part in the Safety and Incident Management Service (SIMS) at Fiona Stanley Hospital, serving as a key point of contact for staff and the public.
Serco supports operations at this hospital with over 600 dedicated professionals working closely with hospital leadership, WA Health, clinicians, and staff to deliver essential facilities management, ICT, and HR services. Our team designs, manages, and optimises integrated services critical to ongoing clinical delivery at Western Australia's largest digitally enabled public healthcare facility.
Main responsibilities include managing access levels, keys, security passes, and lost patient trust items. Additional duties will be aligned with the SIMS Service Plan.
We seek an individual with excellent customer service skills who prioritises safety and security, promoting a culture of quality service delivery despite time constraints.
This position requires high integrity and ethical standards, necessitating thorough probity assessments, including Federal police checks as an essential selection component.
