Develop and maintain market intelligence from competitor benchmarking to media performance. Drive commercial outcomes by delivering actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build a robust competitor intelligence framework, analysing positioning, pricing, and product.
  • Deliver insights on customer needs, purchase drivers, and demographic trends.
  • Maintain and evolve analytics tools and dashboards to optimise marketing investment.
  • Translate customer and competitor data into tangible business outcomes.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years in business intelligence or commercial analysis.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
  • Strong data modelling skills with experience in ABS statistics and demographic modelling.
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams.
