Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven insights on customer needs and purchase drivers to optimize marketing investment.
  • Maintain and evolve analytics tools and dashboards to ensure market intelligence drives business growth.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that impact revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market intelligence informs business strategy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or commercial analysis.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and digital media marketing.
  • Adaptability to learn new analytics tools quickly.
