We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Repco, servicing the Melbourne Metropolitan and surrounding suburbs.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves driving the Mobile Tool Store (MTS) with the primary focus of developing a sustainable business model. As a Repco BDM, your duties will include:
- Achieving budgeted sales and margin
- Adhering to health and safety policies
- Maintaining mobile store appearance and presentation
- Storing mobile tools safely and securely
- Providing regular communication (internal and external)
- Implementing monthly promotional activities
- Reviewing pricing to meet current market demands
- Attending sales meetings and tradeshows
- Promoting and selling Repco own brand products
- Developing key relationships
- Managing territory to focus on current and new business sales growth
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Effective communication and selling skills
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently
