As a Registered Nurse with our team, you'll play a vital role in providing clinical services in the comfort of clients' homes. From wound care and medication management to chronic disease support and health assessments, you'll work collaboratively with our care teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Level 1) to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves delivering in-home nursing services, conducting health assessments and clinical reviews, and developing and monitoring care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home nursing services such as wound care, medication management, catheter care, and chronic disease support
  • Conduct health assessments and clinical reviews
  • Develop and monitor care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and coordinators
  • Offer clinical oversight and mentoring to care staff
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to relevant compliance and safety standards
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care. You'll need current AHPRA registration, experience in aged care or community nursing, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
