Clinical Care Manager Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Full time $125,000+ Super+ Salary Sacrificing We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager who is ready to take their next step in their career.
You'll be joining a leading not for profit Aged Care provider who is well established and proud of their commitment to the community.
This business-critical position will be responsible for supporting, coordinating and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including registered staff and carers and other members of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Facility Manager to oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS, and Training programs, ensuring care standards are met.
Work with medical and allied health professionals to support positive care outcomes.
Provide recommendations and coordinate referrals to specialists following clinical assessments.
Monitor AN-ACC reviews and ensure accurate documentation to optimize consumer care funding.
Qualifications and Requirements Current unrestricted RN AHPRA registration Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification 2+ years of senior clinical nursing experience within Residential Aged Care Confidence and driven to nurture team development and supportive culture Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct and Charter of Resident Rights Exercise initiative relating to organisational policies and procedures Satisfactory national police check Valid Australian working rights What's on Offer Competitive wages Salary packaging up to $18,900 per FBT year Comprehensive orientation and induction program Retail discounts and fitness passport Discounted private health insurance Employee Assistance and Reward and Recognition Program for ongoing support Apply Today
