Senior Paid Ads Specialist Job Overview

This is a senior-level role in paid advertising, focusing on social media and ecommerce strategies.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong knowledge of paid media channels, particularly Meta and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for ad creative and the ability to write impactful scripts.

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and support junior team development through training and mentorship.
  • Work closely with the Lead Digital Strategist and Director to refine internal processes.
  • Contribute to Pulp Digital's social presence with ideas, insights, or content.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok for ecommerce clients.

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver innovative solutions that drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience working with ecommerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Specifically Meta, TikTok).
  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on with clients' marketing & ecommerce strategy.
  • Passion for ad creative and ability to write impactful scripts.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys staying close to the data and platforms.
