Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers, and execute outbound prospecting strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
  • Provide administrative support, including creating spreadsheets and reports to help the team stay organized and focused.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
  • A quick learner who is adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
