Restaurant Manager

Chica Bonita Manly - Good Good Company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of the venue, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Achieve revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, ensuring guest experience targets are consistently met.
- Train and manage staff to achieve venue objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with management policies.
- Stay knowledgeable on all company policies and procedures, applying them to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete necessary reports for management, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the venue is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure food and drinks are consistently prepared to the highest standard, meeting quality and presentation expectations.
- Recruit and manage front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage liquor licensing requirements, ensuring responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Coordinate reservations and guest booking experiences, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Collaborate with the head chef and management team to develop specials and promotions, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Work with senior management to continuously improve and develop the venue offering, guest experience, and business performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or at least three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Working rights required for this role.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $74,000.00 per year + super
