Job Description:

The role of a Business Operations Coordinator will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee vehicle repairs and work with senior management to guarantee efficient maintenance procedures are followed.
  • To handle vehicle insurance claims in a timely manner.
  • To maintain accurate records of company assets, including equipment, and update the asset register regularly.
  • To allocate identification tags to new items and reallocate assets as needed.
  • To coordinate and perform bi-annual asset audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • To provide exceptional customer service support for our rug wash and storage business, including greeting customers, providing quotes and quotations, and general customer assistance.
  • To answer phone calls and manage administrative tasks as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, is essential.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail when processing data.
  • Able to collaborate within a team environment successfully.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume administration role or working in a business with exposure to vehicles and equipment is desirable but not mandatory.
