The Operations Support Administrator role involves supporting the Finance and Accounts Team, coordinating tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, and maintaining data accuracy.

This includes operating the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and the client service desk, and updating tasks as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Finance and Accounts Team
  • Coordinating tasks across multiple services and contracts
  • Maintaining accurate records of assets and maintenance
  • Operating the internal helpdesk line and updating tasks

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of maintenance activities, strong computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
