The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the smooth movement of freight. This dynamic individual is responsible for managing and sorting consignments with the utmost safety standards, ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the safe handling and internal movement of all consignments within our depot
- Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
- Collaborate effectively as a team member to ensure efficient turnaround times
- Complete administrative tasks, including data entry, ramp activities, and dispatch duties
- Perform other assigned duties
- Secondary education or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of relevant work experience (Associate level), or four years for Senior level
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & PC applications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in planning & organizing, with strong accuracy & attention to detail
