As a Senior Project Manager at SAGE Automation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources effectively, and fostering strong relationships with customers. If you possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can confidently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful execution of large, complex projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual terms.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and changes to all stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably within automation or electrical engineering.
- Diploma of Project Management or equivalent qualification.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
