About the Role:

As an experienced administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing a diverse portfolio of insurance projects. Your key responsibilities will include analysis, assessment, and case management to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Prepare budget estimates in accordance with client contract agreements
  • Schedule subcontractor trades and prepare detailed scope documents
  • Communicate project plans and milestones to clients and customers as required
  • Manage project milestones across the project lifecycle to client KPIs
  • Liaise with customers and insurance companies to ensure seamless project execution
  • Compile and submit reports, including invoicing tools and purchasing orders
  • Provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Good work ethic
