Cryo-management Coordinator Role

This role is crucial in our laboratory team, reporting directly to the Laboratory Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the storage of gametes and embryos with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely communication with patients and stakeholders regarding movements between clinics.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data on cryostorage and customer communication.
  • Preparing paperwork for gamete and embryo import/export, adhering to guidelines and legislation.
  • Collaborating with nursing, genetics, embryology, and admin departments to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Word, Excel, and OneNote.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent patient/customer service skills, particularly in sensitive conversations.
  • An ability to resolve issues, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • An empathetic approach when interacting with patients.
  • The ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team and remotely across diverse sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this Cryo-management Coordinator position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include:
