Project Leader OpportunityJob Summary:

We seek a skilled and results-driven professional to lead earthworks projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct site inspections and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Manage resources and equipment effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards.
  • Handle project documentation, contracts, and permits as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on earthworks or civil construction.
  • Strong knowledge of earthworks processes, including Demolition, excavation and shoring.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. Civil Cad blue beam, Procore, etc.).
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
