Project Delivery Specialist Opportunity

You will support the successful delivery of projects including bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, and associated infrastructure from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily project activities, site inspections, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, and suppliers.
  • Track project progress against program timelines and assist in reporting to senior management.
  • Review project drawings, scopes, and specifications to support planning and execution.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, including ITPs, RFIs, variations, and site diaries.
  • Identify and resolve site issues quickly to minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client-side representatives to maintain delivery standards.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Subcontractor management experience is essential.
  • Ideal candidate has worked with Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contractors in Australia.
  • Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
