Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in earthworks including shoring, to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, combined with experience managing large-scale earthworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage earthworks projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and cost estimates.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

• Conduct site inspections and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site.

• Ensure the effective use of resources and equipment on the project.

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

• Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.

• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards at all times.

• Handle project documentation, contracts, and permits as required.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on earthworks or civil construction.

• Strong knowledge of earthworks processes, including Demolition, excavation and shoring.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g. Civil Cad blue beam, Procore, etc.).

• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
