As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a critical business role in uncovering opportunities, driving sales for partners, and running projects to achieve sales success.

This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the sales cycle, identifying prospects and closing new business to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers within an assigned sales territory.
  • Identify and understand customer business objectives and serve as a cloud technology expert providing business solutions to resolve pain points.
  • Utilize the sales methodology and manage a 30/60/90-day sales funnel.
  • Build relationships with partner sales teams and other departments to strategize new sales opportunities.

About You:

  • Previous experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • A team player who thrives in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service is your passion, and you understand the importance of providing an exceptional and consistent experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a persuasive nature that results in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A solid understanding of business technology products and services.
