Estimation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimation Expert to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to utilise their expertise and contribute to the success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive cost estimates through thorough analysis and interpretation of project plans, specifications, and requirements
- Prepare capital cost estimates to meet industry standard estimate classification guidelines
- Collaborate with key project and programme functions such as cost, risk, and planning teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- A recognised Degree Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, MRICS / AIQS accreditation or other relevant qualification
- 10 years relevant estimating work experience, preferably in Transmission or Clean Energy
- Proficient in the use of estimating software and risk quantification software
