Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our estimating team, working across numerous civil projects valued between $5m-$30m. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of challenging projects in sub divisions, bulk earthworks, general civil and roadworks.

The role involves working on tenders, coordinating internal and external resources, preparing and submitting tenders, evaluating tender and estimating processes, tender negotiations, coordinating tender handover to project teams, preparing budgets based on tender submissions, assessing and pricing contract variation orders, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, high levels of commercial acumen and organisational and time management skills.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction projects with a project value of $5m+
  • Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
