Main Responsibilities:

  • We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead high-impact initiatives driving visibility and business development.
  • Develop advertising strategies and promotional campaigns achieving sales targets and strengthening Nova Coach's positioning.
  • Provide expert advice on effective, data-driven advertising strategies tailored to key customer segments.
  • Coordinate the production and rollout of marketing campaigns managing design, content creation, video production, and media placement while maintaining quality.
  • Analyse consumer data and travel behaviour to inform targeted promotions and optimise customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer attitudes to refine strategies and align Nova Coach's services with emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct research on potential and existing travel services including competitor analysis and market evaluation.
  • Support strategic business growth initiatives through innovative promotional campaigns brand development efforts and customer outreach plans.
  • Lead or commission market research to explore new commercial avenues assess customer satisfaction and identify untapped segments.

  • A marketing professional with strong experience in advertising brand strategy or campaign management.
  • Exceptional communication project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
