Job Role Overview

Culturally safe and trauma-informed case management role supporting Aboriginal communities in Broome or with partner organisations.

Help empower individuals impacted by intimate partner violence in your local community through supportive services.

  • Provide client support through goal-setting, referrals to aligned services and effective case management practices.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure culturally sensitive service delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure data compliance under BRAMS and DEX guidelines for quality assurance.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking passionate individuals who:

  • Have experience working with individuals affected by complex trauma or family violence, providing them with necessary support.
  • Understand the importance of cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Can build strong interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds.

We value candidates with lived experience and those reflecting the diversity of our served communities. While formal qualifications are not required, they can be beneficial in this role.
