Project Documentation Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to support our renewable energy sector projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Acquiring, recording, filing and distributing relevant standards and procedures

- Controlling the identification, registration, distribution and retention of all design, client and vendor documentation

- Enforcing document control procedures as required

- Setting up project drawing files and verifying compliance with associated transmittals

- Logging receipt of technical queries, improvement requests and construction change notices

Key requirements include:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a document control role

- Proficiency in MS Office, Lotus Notes, Aconex and Ineight Teambinder

- Knowledge of engineering, mining or construction operations

- Previous experience in document control in an engineering design office or related field
