Job Overview

The Assistant Director, Digital Operations Specialist will partner with digital architecture, security, ICT and business systems to provide cross-domain consultancy to meet overall designs for project activities impacting ICT services.

This role is around managing and enhancing the environment through high-quality infrastructure and services advice and expertise.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide insights, advice, and support in designing effective architectures for the ICT environment.
  • Guide ICT programs and projects to align with the enterprise architecture standards and governance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex infrastructure challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions.
  • Drive operational performance outcomes to achieve ICT Operations goals.
  • Oversight of root cause analysis and problem rectification activities.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, agility, and accountability in delivering ICT services.
  • Lead, motivate and mentor the Digital Operations team, assisting with fostering ongoing professional development and knowledge transfer.
