About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time opportunity to join our growing team as a Business Development professional. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations that showcase our technical expertise and client-focused approach.

  • IDentify, review and respond to tender opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment
  • Translate technical information into compelling, client-focused content
  • Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management: Identify, review and respond to tender opportunities across relevant sectors.
Proposal Coordination: Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals.
Project Management: Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment.
Content Development: Translate technical information into compelling, client-focused content.
Quality Control: Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners.
Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of tendering processes, compliance frameworks and industry standards
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
